<h2>Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip – The Ingredients:</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature</li>
<li>½ cup chopped frozen spinach</li>
<li>14 oz. Can chopped artichoke hearts, drained</li>
<li>¼ cup grated Romano cheese</li>
<li>¼ cup grated parmesan</li>
<li>¼ cup shredded mozzarella (fresh, if possible)</li>
<li>¼ cup mayo</li>
<li>1 finely minced garlic clove</li>
<li>½ tsp dried basil</li>
<li>¼ tsp garlic salt</li>
<li>Salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ul>
<h2>Olive Garden Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip – The Process:</h2>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.</li>
<li>Combine mayonnise, garlic salt, minced garlic, basil, parmesan, and Romano cheese. Mix well.</li>
<li>Add spinach and artichoke hearts. Mix until well combined.</li>
<li>Coat a 9” pie pan with Pam, add mixuture, and top with shredded mozzarella.</li>
<li>Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.</li>
<li>Serve with toasted bread.</li>
